Susan Sarandon tweeted her admiration of Speaker Quinn yesterday:
Spent some time with NY City Council Speaker @ChrisCQuinn. She’s the real deal – smart, imaginative & dedicated. What NYC needs.

But so far, Speaker Quinn hasn’t allowed a vote on the paid sick days bill in the New York City Council. So activists took to twitter to ask for Susan Sarandon’s help:
.@susansarandon, we love <3 your movies and your activism. But please support #PaidSickDays and tell @ChrisCQuinn to do so as well!
